THRIVE! is an 8-week guided journey that helps you step out of survival mode and into a life where you can flourish. It’s not another surface-level self-care checklist or “quick fix.” Instead, it’s a space to reconnect with your authentic self, to cultivate practices that are uplifting and sustainable, and to build rhythms that restore your energy and peace so you can do more of the things that matter.

Over 8 weeks, THRIVE! gives you a safe, nourishing space to slow down, reset, and grow stronger from the inside out. Each week builds on the last, weaving together mindfulness, resilience, and practical self-care so the changes actually last.

Each week you’ll return to simple, nourishing tools that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. Over time, those practices become part of your daily rhythm, so you’re not just learning to cope—you’re building a way of living where you can truly flourish.

Hi, I’m Valerie McCloud—founder of Foxfire Consulting and the creator of THRIVE!
For over 14 years, I’ve walked alongside leaders, teams, and everyday people who are navigating change, stress, and the pressure of modern life. And what I’ve seen again and again is this: people were being left behind--without the real suppport they needed.
People need simple, nourishing practices they can lean on when life feels like too much. They need space to breathe, to feel seen, and to remember they’re not alone. That’s why I created THRIVE.
I’m a certified change management practitioner, and have certifications in resilience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and coach. But beyond the certifications, I’m someone who believes deeply that people want to do better. They want to lead better lives. They just need to know how. My role is to make that “how” simple, practical, and uplifting.
Outside of my work, you’ll often find me teaching yoga, hiking in nature, dancing whenever the mood strikes, or treasure-hunting in consignment shops (my happy place!). I believe life is meant to be lived with joy and authenticity, and that when we bring more calm, clarity, and compassion into our daily lives, it ripples out—to our work, our families, our communities, and beyond.
My hope is that THRIVE! gives you exactly that: the tools, the support, and the encouragement to show up as your best self—in every space you walk into.
