THRIVE! The Personal Journey is a guided 8-week experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, navigate stress with greater ease, and build the habits and inner steadiness that support the life you truly want to live.


This isn’t a quick fix or another surface-level self-care checklist. THRIVE! is a meaningful, transformative experience — one that unfolds over time, giving you space to pause, reflect, and integrate new ways of being that begin to feel natural and sustainable in your everyday life. Along the way, something begins to shift. You feel more grounded. More clear. More connected to yourself. And by the end, many participants describe it simply:


“I see my life more clearly now. I trust myself more. I can choose for myself better.”

THRIVE! unfolds over eight intentional milestones, each one building gently on the last. You move through the experience one step at a time — gaining clarity, building confidence, and finding a deeper sense of steadiness along the way.  Each week builds on the last — gently guiding you from awareness to intention.

🌿 Week 5 — Compassionate Self-Care: Restoring energy and redefining what care looks like for you 

🌿 Week 6 — Standing Steady in Uncertainty: Developing resilience when life feels unpredictable

🌿 Week 7 — Connection and Belonging: Reconnecting with yourself and with others 

🌿 Week 8 — Living with Intention: Integrating what you’ve learned and stepping forward with clarity and joy 


Each week includes grounding practices, reflection prompts, key insights, and practical tools you can begin using right away — along with gentle movement and body-based practices woven throughout. This integrated approach allows the experience to move beyond learning, becoming something you carry with you into your everyday life. 

This is not a solo journey. You don't walk alone.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Valerie McCloud — founder of Foxfire Consulting and creator of THRIVE!

For over 14 years, I’ve walked alongside leaders, teams, and individuals navigating change, stress, and the very real pressures of modern life. What I’ve seen again and again is this: people aren’t struggling because they aren’t capable — they’re struggling because they haven’t been given the right tools, or the space to actually use them.

People need simple, supportive practices they can turn to when life feels like too much. They need space to breathe, to reflect, and to reconnect with themselves. That’s why I created THRIVE! — to offer a different kind of experience. One that is practical, grounded, and deeply human.


I’m a certified change management practitioner, with certifications in resilience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and coach. But beyond credentials, I bring lived experience — and a genuine belief that when we reconnect with ourselves, everything else begins to shift.

My role is to create the conditions where that shift can happen — with clarity, compassion, and support every step of the way.


Outside of this work, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, hiking in nature, dancing whenever the mood strikes, or treasure-hunting in consignment shops (my happy place). I believe joy isn’t a luxury — it’s part of the path.


My hope is that THRIVE! gives you exactly that: the tools, the space, and the support to reconnect with yourself and move through your life in a way that feels more grounded, aligned, and true to who you are.
