Discovery & Engagement
We start with a complimentary 30-minute Change Clarity Conversation — a structured dialogue designed to help us understand the change you're navigating, surface early risks and opportunities, and determine where Foxfire support could be most valuable. Following that conversation, we provide a light diagnostic snapshot that gives you immediate insight and a sense of possible next steps.
Change Assessment (Health Check)
Our Change Assessment Audit (Health Check) is a deeper diagnostic engagement — typically conducted over 3–4 weeks — that evaluates your organization's readiness, risks, and opportunities related to the change. We examine leadership alignment, stakeholder dynamics, communication effectiveness, employee sentiment, and organizational capacity, then deliver a clear picture of the change landscape with strategic recommendations for moving forward.
This assessment is one of our most valuable standalone offerings — many organizations choose to begin here before committing to a broader engagement.

Based on assessment findings, we work with leadership to design an integrated change strategy that aligns priorities, sequences activities, and creates a practical roadmap for navigating the change.
