Throughout my career, no matter what role I held, I found myself naturally advocating for the people behind the work. I was drawn to understanding their experiences, listening to their concerns, and helping create environments where they could succeed — even during times of uncertainty.
Over time, I began to notice a pattern. Organizations invested tremendous energy into planning change, yet the people expected to carry that change forward often felt overwhelmed, unheard, or left behind.
That realization shaped the work I do today. Through Foxfire Consulting, I help organizations successfully implement change while creating experiences where people feel informed, supported, and empowered.
My work brings together more than 25 years of experience in organizational change, project management, facilitation, leadership development, and organizational improvement with practices that strengthen resilience, emotional intelligence, and well-being. I believe the most successful change happens when we care for both the work and the people doing it.
