Foxfire Consulting was founded out of a strong desire to help government entities better manage the people side of change; realizing that managing projects without helping people transition to new ways of working can only get you so far. With prior working experience in local, state and federal government; we understand the unique needs, circumstances, and challenges you face when striving to move projects and initiatives forward.
To partner with our clients to get the best results for projects that involve people and change, so that goals are achieved as quickly as possible, with less cost in the long run and fewer headaches in the short run.
Making a difference and meaningful contribution to your organization's success is our passion. It drives us. In fact, the name Foxfire was inspired, in part, by a powerfully unique and innovative approach to teaching, learning and co-creating originating in the Appalachian Mountains that still exists today. We use that approach in the work we do for our clients through collaborative interactions and solution-driven strategies that get you doing things right while doing the right things.
Our ramp up process is designed to empower your team and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed. We start by using our signature Change Readiness assessment. Talk to us today about how we can support your organization's needs, and put you on a solid track to success.
