Foxfire Consulting, LLC, is a small woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned business based in metro Richmond, VA, specializing in organizational change management for technology implementations, business transformations, and merger/acquisition integrations.
Foxfire was founded out of a strong desire to help businesses and government agencies achieve better results with managing the people side of change. More and more, managing projects includes managing change because it's people who make change happen. I have witnessed a number of initiatives who have experienced less than desirable outcomes. Organizations and the people who work in them need to be supported in a way that leads to quicker...and smoother transitions. With prior working experience in local, state and federal government; as well as the private sector; we understand the unique needs, circumstances, and challenges faced when striving to move projects and initiatives forward. That's why we are here...
OUR MISSION: YOUR SUCCESS!
To partner with our clients to get the best results for projects that involve people and change, so that goals are achieved as quickly as possible, with less cost in the long run and fewer headaches in the short run.
Making a difference and meaningful contribution to your organization's success is our passion. It drives us. In fact, the name Foxfire was inspired, in part, by a powerfully unique and innovative approach to teaching, learning and co-creating originating in the Appalachian Mountains that still exists today. We use that approach in the work we do for our clients through collaborative interactions and solution-driven strategies.
Our ramp up process is designed to empower your team and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed. We start by using our signature Change Readiness assessment. Talk to us today about how we can support your organization's needs, and put you on a solid track to success.
