THRIVE! is an 8-week corporate well-being, resilience, and mindfulness program that helps employees reduce stress, strengthen focus, and build resilience.
Blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence, it gives people practical tools and guided practices they can use immediately—creating lasting habits that support both individual well-being and workplace performance so people become grounded, resilient, and ready to perform—without burning out.
Stress, burnout, and change fatigue are at historic highs—and they’re taking a toll on both employees and organizations. In today's fast-paced, always-on environment, employees are being asked to carry more--often with fewer resources, shifting priorities, uncertainty, and mounting pressure to adapt to constant change. The result? Stress, burnout, disengagement, absenteeism, decreased focus, and a workplace running on fumes. It could be that workers may not be as resistant to change; as they are feeling unsupported. We’re living in a time of constant, compounding change and uncertainty. And most people were never taught how to process it.
Stress and survival mode were never meant to be the status quo. And yet, so many employees are stuck in reactive, high-alert patterns--just trying to get through the day. Conventional training programs don’t solve this problem. They’re often one-off events that deliver information but don’t change habits. What your people need isn’t more information—it’s sustainable support that helps them feel steady, resilient, empowered, and equipped with strategies to help them thrive.
Most workplace programs focus on delivering information—facts about stress, tips on resilience, or quick one-off workshops. But information alone doesn’t change behavior. People need space to practice, tools they can actually use, and support that helps them integrate those practices into daily life. That’s where THRIVE! is different.
THRIVE! is a science-backed, people-centered program designed to help your workforce not just survive the demands of today’s workplace, but truly thrive.
Blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence, along with change management strategies,THRIVE! equips people with skills that are both restorative and practical. Participants don’t just hear about resilience—they experience it through guided practices, reflection, and real-world application. Over time, these practices build into habits that last well beyond the program itself.
Key elements of THRIVE! include:
By addressing both the science of resilience and the human need for connection and support, THRIVE! provides a foundation for employees to feel more steady, capable, and confident in navigating stress and demands at work and beyond.
This is the guidebook so many are missing—the support that equips teams to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and live happier and healthier...and hence, more productive lives.”

Most workplace trainings inspire in the moment but fade fast once the session ends. THRIVE! is built differently—because lasting change requires more than inspiration. It requires practice, support, and accountability.
THRIVE! works because it is:
The result? Employees don’t just hear about resilience—they get to live it.
THRIVE is for people who are ready to move beyond just “getting by” and start showing up with steadiness, resilience, and well-being.
This course is for you (or your team) if you:
Hi, I’m Valerie McCloud—founder of Foxfire Consulting and the creator of THRIVE!. For over 14 years, I’ve worked alongside leaders, teams, and employees in both government and business, helping them navigate change, stress, and the very real pressures of modern work.
What I’ve seen again and again is this: people were feeling left behind. Even with the best intentions, support was surface-level. Stress was normalized. And the emotional toll? Rarely addressed in a meaningful way. It didn't matter how compelling the business case--without the right tools, people struggled. And so did the outcomes. That’s what inspired me to design THRIVE!.
But more than that—I’m someone who believes people have a desire to want to do better; they just need to know how. My role is to help make that “how” simple, practical, and doable.
I’m a certified change management practitioner, project management professional, RYT200 Yoga instructor, and mindfulness and well-being coach—but I’m also a lifelong learner and someone who believes in the power of everyday practices to keep us grounded and flourishing.
Outside of my work, you might find me teaching yoga, practicing mindfulness, hiking, definitely dancing, or treasure-hunting in consignment shops (my happy place!). I’ve learned that when we practice well-being in small, everyday ways, it not only helps us personally—it creates a ripple effect in the workplace and in the world.
Let's explore the possibilities.
